Wow. Really didn’t see this one coming. Norton, the people who have a history of making you more annoyed with your computer have just released Norton User Account Control completely for free. Basically it replaces Vista’s built in UAC with a much less annoying version that adds a “Do Not Ask Me Again” box so that certain apps wont annoy you again!
