Oh wow, that was actually pretty good
Of course I’m talking about the new trailer for the Prince of Persia movie.
Seriously though. Watch this trailer. The dialogue is a bit lame but the special effects costumes and lead actor choices are all really top notch. Good job Jake. Also, apparently this movie has some “Pirates of the Caribbean” people, so I expect great special effects.
Also, FUCK YES. BEN KINGSLEY. THANK YOU, PREFERENTIAL RELIGIOUS FIGURE.

I just saw on the (obviously retarded) youtube comments wall that people find the totally white main cast offensive. Especially when compared to the darker extras.
Anyone who really is upset by this is a complete tool, 2 reasons why this is:
1. Play the game, the prince nor the main chick look very eastern at all. They look a tiny bit foreign, but not very much at all. It’s not a huge deal.
2. Who the fuck cares, if Jake (Gyllenhal?) is the right guy for the fucking role, you can’t turn him down because “he doesn’t look Persian enough”. There isn’t even a huge pool of Middle Eastern American Hollywood actors to fucking search through anyway. Calm the hell down.
And Ben Kingsley looks Egyptian to me anyway.
